Hi QS, I was recently a patient at a hospital in Kiowa County. The RN who has worked every night, I believe her name is Cheryl, and the aide who worked Thursday night, Lucy, are both employed by QS and have provided the BEST care I’ve received since I’ve been here. Just wanted to let you know from a patient perspective that QS continues to provide awesome staffing services.
I wanted to give you guys a heads up that we are now Covid free since Dec 8th. Thank you for all you and your employee’s help. We could not have done it without you.
“All of your staff does such a wonderful job. Thanks for all the great help!”
“QS is quick to respond to my needs and always follows up. The professionalism is outstanding and I have built a friendship with the office staff. It’s not just a business relationship.”
QS nurses made it so easy for me to become a travel RN. The staff is very professional and super knowledgeable. The websites I used are user friendly. Everyone is so helpful. Lindi is a great travel manager. She stays on top of her game. I appreciate you all so much. I will definitely recommend QS Nurses to anyone looking into traveling!! Thank you for all you do!! You are the best
I absolutely adore the QS staff! Truly the most helpful and understanding people I’ve worked for. I am forever grateful for the QS Nurses team overall but especially the contract manager, Lindi. I have never worked with somebody as kind, patient, and understanding as her. She always finds contracts that will match my skill level and preference! I have worked at several facilities and I am always able to broaden my skill set. Thank you for all you do! I love my job and what I do.
I love working through QS. I honestly feel God blessed me with this job. Previous to working for QS I worked very hard for a Job that never recognized my hard work and dedication. With QS I felt more appreciated in one month b than I did in the 4 years at my previous job. I am so thankful for my job. Anytime I have questions or or concerns they are always right on it. They care. Anyone I talk to at the office is always so very nice and helpful. Thank u QS for accepting me as your employee.
I absolutely love working for this company. The office staff are always so friendly, understanding and always seem to have a smile to greet you with, even on the phone. My schedule has been crazy over the last few months and they have been so helpful. My favorite part is the random messages just checking in asking how I’m doing mentioning the hours I’ve worked and if I need anything from them. It’s nice to work for a company that tells you you are appreciated! Thank you QS!!!!
“I just wanted to take the time and say thank you so much for the opportunity to work with you and having so much understanding with my surgery. It means so much and I know it wasn’t expected. I absolutely love all you and how patient and kind you all are. So, thank you very much!”
“I really love and enjoy working with QS Nurses. Such a GREAT company to be a part of!”
“Working as a frontline CNA during this time of a worldwide pandemic has definitely been both challenging and rewarding. The facilities have shifted the way they do things and have been doing everything in their power to keep their residents from this virus. Residents are no longer allowed to have visitors in the facility. They are no longer allowed to sit in a common room to socialize or allowed to come out of their rooms for meals. Social distancing in these facilities is taken seriously because we want to protect our residents to the best of our ability. However, this has created a battle different than the ones fought in hospitals. Our battle is to fight isolation and depression. These residents miss their family. They miss socializing. I sat with one woman, held her hand, prayed with her, and talked because I could tell depression had taken over. She cried, and I gave her some time to vent. We laughed over some of her past stories, and I just hope it was enough to give her some strength to keep pushing through. This is the type of battle COVID-19 has given nursing homes. It’s sad to see everyone so isolated, but it also warms my heart to see families go out of their way to make their loved ones feel loved. For Mother’s Day this year we had families come outside to the windows of the facility to chat and visit. I can’t express how much joy that brought to our residents. We are all fighting this battle together. I am just grateful to be able to be there for my residents during this difficult time.
I also had a personal encounter with COVID-19 during these past few months. Every facility now takes your temperature before entering, asks a series of questions, and provides a mask to wear if you do not have your own. These are the safety precautions put in place to protect our facilities. In one particular facility, I was completely unaware that there were possible positive COVID-19 cases in the building. I worked just the same as I would anywhere else. A couple of days later I got a phone call from my agency stating that I had been exposed to these positive cases. As a health care worker, I am exposed to a lot. So, I knew it was only a matter of time before I would be exposed to COVID-19 as well. I then took the necessary precautions to protect those in other facilities by quarantining for two weeks. I thought two weeks of being isolated in my apartment would bring great challenges, but as a full-time student, I took it as an opportunity to finish out my semester strong. I also took it as an opportunity to relax and recharge before heading back to the frontlines. I never experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 after my exposure, and I am very lucky for that. Healthcare is my passion. I adore my job and everything I’m working to be. COVID-19 is a milestone we as professionals will overcome. We fight various battles every day, but I’m more than happy to give my life in order to do so.”

“Working on the forefront of COVID-19 has been exhausting and terrifying. They say you should keep your personal life and your work separate but during this time it has been impossible. I’ve shed tears while watching family members say goodbye to their loved ones through a window. Although, I cannot express the level of overwhelming gratitude met during this time of uncertainty. QS Nurses has reached out to me on a regular basis asking how I’ve been and if I’ve needed anything, multiple thoughtful text messages, and a care package. QS says “thank you for working for us” but I would like to say thank you for choosing me! This pandemic has changed me in so many ways.”
